Single storey wraparound extension 25smq onto a semi-detached house in Carrigaline, Cork
Previous internal design of kitchen was lacking in light on a south facing site, also existing kitchen was extremely limited in size and finally there was no separate utility room
We worked closely with the design team to create an open plan kitchen, new utility and new office space resulting in three new workable spaces for the clients and their family to enjoy for years to come
Construction method for this project was block construction incorporating several angles and several angled glazing units to maximise the site layout. We also fitted a bio fold sliding door to the external of the new kitchen/dining space, this design was successful in bringing the outside in for the Clients and gives them a feeling of openness and that all important light.
