Rochestown - Renovation / Extension
Single storey wraparound extension in the Rochestown area.
We were delighted to collaborate with Courtney McDonnell Studio who designed a very high-end clever use of space to create an amazing open plan living area, incorporating a spacious kitchen/utility space. The main goal on this project was to create more natural light in the new extension, this was achieved by an extensive roof light system with floor to ceiling external door and window units. A particular interesting and affective feature was the step down to the living space, this creates a very cosy area with lots of natural light whilst maintaining a connection to the kitchen area for ultimate open plan living.
