Codrum - Renovation / Extension
This project was an old 1920s traditional cottage with some existing extensions from the 1950s.
The brief of this project was to create a warm modern family home whilst retaining some of the existing character of the external façade. Also, one of our key goals was to get high energy efficiency in this property by implementing modern insulation and heating methods. We created open living/kitchen area and also introduced some roof lights to bring some extra natural light into the property. The finish result was a three bed, 2-bathroom, a utility and an expansive living and kitchen space.
