Single storey, block built new build construction.
On this project an energy efficient technique was used in the form of an air ground foundation system which gives the client high density U value. Lauragh Construction specialises in the fitting of this modern technique.
Cleverly designed with three different levels on the interior footprint giving a sense of separation between bedroom and living areas, whilst maintaining open plan living.
We utilised roof space to create a substantial mezzanine area which makes the most of the spectacular views of the Kenmare Bay, this modern new build has clean lines with a high end finish.
For external finishes we used a limestone chip around the perimeter of the building creating a softer finish to blend in with the landscape.
